Information collected automatically
We do not collect payment information.
To help you well, we ask for your child's age and a description of the situation you would like support with. You share this as your child's parent or guardian, and we use it only to give you the support you asked for.
Please don't send your child's full name, school, photographs, medical records, or location — we don't need them. Purnam is built for parents and caregivers; children do not use it directly, and we do not profile, track, or advertise to children.
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you contact us, join the community, or submit a form. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Our pages use web fonts served by a third-party font provider. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from that provider, which means your IP address is sent to it to deliver them.
